Philadelphia youth are growing up in algorithmic environments designed to capture attention — not develop potential. The same focus, strategy, and systems thinking youth demonstrate in gaming is being redirected by feeds that study behavior and reward reaction over direction.
We exist to interrupt that.
We meet youth where they already are — in gaming centers, community centers, schools, and workforce programs — and give them something the algorithm never planned to provide.
